All hospital metrics, patient experience scores (HCAHPS), quality ratings, and benchmark comparisons provided on this platform are intended strictly for educational and informational purposes. The data is aggregated and normalized from official public resources, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or endorse any specific healthcare provider. The Platform should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health-related decisions and in cases of emergency.

3) Data Sources and Scoring Limitations

You agree to use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicit written permission is granted. To protect our platform integrity and SEO architecture, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Automated data extraction, page scraping, data mining, or bulk-harvesting of our normalized datasets and proprietary scoring algorithms.
• Bypassing navigation or attempting to manipulate our structural indices and pagination mapping.
• Using our data to create a competing medical directory without proper attribution or API agreements.

5) Content and Intellectual Property

The Platform's user interface, design aesthetics, proprietary scoring algorithms, compiled codebase, and organized schema structures are the exclusive intellectual property of the Hospital Data Center. The underlying raw data sets remain the property of their respective public domain sources (e.g., CMS), which we properly attribute. You may not reproduce, distribute, or mirror our specific UI/UX presentations or data bundling schemas without authorized consent.
